REFUND / TRANSFER POLICY

BT adheres to the following conditions for refund claims in respect of all form-filling and admission-counselling services sold directly or through authorised BT partners ("BT Partners"):

  • Duplicate or multiple payments for the same service will be refunded within 3 working days.
  • Refunds are not applicable once a form is successfully submitted or counselling service initiated.
  • In case of cancellation of any exam or admission process by the concerned institution, refund queries must be raised directly with that institution.
  • BT shall only process refunds in exceptional cases as directed by the institution.
  • Ineligibility or withdrawal by the applicant is not a ground for refund.
  • All refunds are subject to administrative deductions and may take 10–30 working days to process.
  • No request for fee transfer between services shall be entertained.
  • BT reserves the right to modify this refund policy at its discretion.

FRAUDULENT / DECLINED TRANSACTIONS

BT reserves the right to recover losses and initiate legal proceedings for any fraudulent use of credit/debit cards or the Website.

You indemnify BT against any cost or damages arising from such misuse.

REGISTRATION & PASSWORD

You must provide accurate registration details and maintain confidentiality of your credentials.

Sharing login details is prohibited and may lead to immediate termination.
